Challenge
Alexandra Soul, a transformational practices expert with 15+ years of experience and 3000+ students, approached us with a request to create a platform for automating the sale of courses, practices, and retreats directly in Telegram. The main challenge: the need to manage content, sales, and user communication without relying on third-party applications. The need for a personalized experience for each user, a structured practice library, and convenient management.
Solution
We developed an ecosystem that turns Telegram into a full-fledged platform for learning and sales: a personalized home screen with greeting, daily task, and message of the day, a library of 54+ audio and video practices, a 28-day program with progress tracking, a retreats section with registration directly from the bot, an author profile with trust indicators, and a full admin panel for managing content, sales, and users.

4 practice categories (Body, Energy, Consciousness, Matter), each practice with description, audio/video files, completion time, and rating. Personal progress — the user sees which practices they've completed and when they repeated them. Filtering by categories, difficulty, and time.
🎯 28-Day Program & Progress
Structured track with daily tasks, response to user's request each day, progress saving with completion date. Personal progress page — daily execution chart, completion percentage, achievement badges. Automatic reminders for missed days.
🧘 Retreats Section & Author Profile
Display of events, dates, locations (including Bali) with registration directly from the bot. Author profile with trust indicators: 15+ years of practice, 1000+ on skates, 3000+ in practice, 50+ retreats. Social proof built directly into the bot interface.
⚙️ Admin Panel for Control
Practice management (add, delete, edit), retreat management (dates, locations, registration), sales and user tracking, audience messaging, analytics (number of active users, practices completed, revenue). Alexandra manages all content and sales herself, without relying on developers.
