Selloflow — platform for building online stores
Joint project — a SaaS platform for creating online stores in 2 minutes with Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta and Telegram bot integrations. Together we developed the full product cycle — from a landing page with a conversion funnel to a seller's personal dashboard with a catalog, order processing, pricing and analytics. 10+ design themes, brand customization and a free tier for testing — over 200 stores already created.
Challenge
We joined forces to create a SaaS product — a service that allows sellers from Instagram, TikTok and Facebook to launch a full-fledged store without a website or developers. Together we designed the mechanics of quick store creation (in 2 minutes), implemented a product catalog with order processing, integrated Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta for deliveries, added a Telegram bot for instant notifications, provided brand customization and built a conversion funnel from registration to the first order. The target audience is small businesses selling through social media who need a single bio link.

Created a landing page with store examples and a pricing page.
Technical implementation
🏠 Seller Dashboard
Onboarding checklist with 6 steps for quick start: choose theme, add logo, fill description, add products, connect Telegram bot, verify in Google. Dashboard with product stats (total, active, inactive, popular). Store info: name, key, plan, URL. Direct access to Telegram bot.
📦 Products & Catalog
Product management page with search, add button and catalog order. Limits depend on plan: Demo — 5 products, Basic — 50, Pro — 500. Each product has a page with description, specs and CTA for buyers.
📋 Orders
Orders page with stats (total, new, today), filters by client or product, search by phone/email/product name and a status dropdown. Pagination for easy navigation through large order volumes.
⚙️ Store Settings
9 settings tabs: general (name, key, logo), delivery (5 methods with toggles), checkout, logo/cover, theme, effects, about store, notifications, Google indexing. Changes save automatically with confirmation.
