Challenge
Our client Oleksandr came to us asking to create an advertising banner to recruit staff for the "Crypto chat manager" vacancy at an office in Dnipro. We needed to stand out among typical vacancy ads, instantly answer the candidate's key questions (salary, schedule, whether experience is required) and motivate them to apply.
Solution
We chose a bright, unconventional approach — a dark background with a "money rain" effect and a signature character (a duck in the "crypto-rich" style with gold chains and a watch) for an instant visual connection with the crypto and money theme. The key information (location, salary, schedule, "no experience required") is split into compact blocks with a contrasting yellow-green accent, so the candidate can read all the terms in a few seconds.
